Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of isclean.com and to every order placed through it. The site is operated by JAMESLY PTY LTD, ABN 94 672 771 630, of 401/282 Oxford Street, NSW 2026, Australia. In these terms, we, us and our mean that company. Placing an order means you accept these terms. 

1. Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation, and a contract is formed at that point.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to order from us. 

2. Prices and payment 

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
  • Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.
  • If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. 

3. Discounts and promotions 

  • The 10% refill offer applies automatically at checkout when a qualifying product and its matching refill are both in your cart. It is applied to the refill and only while both remain in the cart.
  • Bundle discounts apply once your cart reaches the stated number of items. The saving shown while you build a bundle is an estimate; the price at checkout is the one that counts.
  • Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined, are limited to one use per customer, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. Withdrawal never affects an order already placed. 

4. Delivery 

  • We deliver through Australia Post. Delivery timeframes given on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier or by events outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
  • Please give us a correct and complete address. We may charge you again for redelivery of a parcel returned to us because the address was wrong. 

5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. 

To make a claim, email hello@isclean.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs. 

6. Change of mind returns 

  • Beyond your rights above, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened personal care or cleaning products back unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving. 

7. Product information 

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes and coverage. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated. Always read the label on the product itself before use, and follow the directions on it. Ingredient lists on the site are provided for information and are not a substitute for the label. 

8. Accounts 

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. 

9. Our content 

Everything on this site, including the is clean. name, the drop, our photography, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages freely. 

10. Reviews and anything you post 

If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it on our site and in our marketing. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion. 

11. Liability 

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a product or with this site is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 

12. Changes to these terms 

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it. 

13. Governing law 

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
